What stays on your device

Saved places and draft plans are stored on your iPhone. Screenshot text recognition runs on-device. We do not upload your screenshots. Place searches use Apple Maps, which processes your search under Apple’s privacy policy. The app does not request your current location.

What is shared

When you confirm “Create invitation”, the plan title, city, places and their coordinates, budget and duration are stored on our hosted service. Anyone with the complete invitation link can read the plan and vote. These are unlisted invitations, not confidential storage. Do not include home addresses or sensitive personal information.

Votes use a random browser identifier stored locally; no name or email is required. The server stores a hash of that identifier and selected places. Your browser also remembers invitations you hide. Hosting providers process network requests and IP addresses to deliver and protect the service. A daily-changing IP hash limits abuse for 24 hours; expired hashes are removed during subsequent plan creation. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

Retention and deletion

Invitations stop working after 30 days. Expired records are removed during subsequent plan creation; dormant backups and platform logs may follow the hosting provider’s retention policies. Deleting a shared plan in the app immediately removes its active invitation and votes. Uninstalling the app does not delete shared plans. Contact support if you lose access. Deleting browser storage resets your voting identifier; this is a casual group poll, not identity-verified voting.

Purchases

Free users can create two plans per calendar month. Mivo Plus unlocks unlimited plan creation while active, subject to reasonable abuse limits. The monthly base price is USD 3.99; your local App Store confirmation shows the actual price. Apple processes purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in your App Store account. Existing plans remain accessible if you cancel.

Safe planning and reports

Costs and visit durations are entered by the organizer. Walking times are estimates, not verified directions. We do not verify weather, opening hours, live queues or venue availability. Check with the venue before you go. Use “Report and hide” on an invitation for inappropriate content; contact support for urgent issues. Illegal, abusive or harmful content is prohibited. Reported content may be removed. This service is intended for adults organizing private outings.

‘초대 만들기’를 확인하면 제목, 도시, 장소와 좌표, 예산, 시간이 서버에 저장돼요. 전체 링크가 있는 사람은 누구나 보고 투표할 수 있어요. 집 주소나 민감한 개인정보는 넣지 마세요.

투표에는 브라우저에 저장된 임의 식별자를 사용해요. 서버에는 해시 처리한 식별자와 선택한 장소를 저장하며 이름이나 이메일을 요구하지 않아요. 호스팅 제공자는 서비스 제공과 보호를 위해 IP 주소와 요청을 처리해요. 오용 방지용 일일 IP 해시는 24시간 동안 사용되며, 만료된 해시는 이후 계획 생성 시 삭제돼요. 광고와 분석 추적 도구는 사용하지 않아요.

초대는 30일 후 만료돼요. 만료된 기록은 이후 계획 생성 시 삭제돼요. 플랫폼 로그와 백업은 제공자의 보관 정책에 따를 수 있어요. 앱에서 공유 계획을 삭제하면 활성 초대와 투표가 즉시 삭제돼요. 앱만 삭제하면 초대가 삭제되지 않아요. 접근 권한을 잃으면 지원팀에 문의하세요.

무료 버전은 매월 새 계획 2개를 제공해요. Plus는 구독 기간 동안 계획을 무제한으로 만들 수 있어요. 오용 방지 제한이 적용돼요. 월간 기본 가격은 미화 3.99달러이며 실제 가격은 App Store 결제 화면에 표시돼요. 구독은 갱신 24시간 전까지 취소하지 않으면 자동 갱신돼요. Apple 계정 설정에서 관리하거나 취소하세요. 취소해도 기존 계획은 볼 수 있어요.

비용과 방문 시간은 주최자의 예상치예요. 실제 경로, 날씨, 영업시간, 대기 시간은 확인하지 않아요. 방문 전 직접 확인하세요. 부적절한 내용은 초대 화면에서 ‘신고하고 숨기기’를 사용하세요. 불법·학대·유해 콘텐츠는 금지되며 신고된 콘텐츠는 삭제될 수 있어요. 성인의 비공개 모임 계획을 위한 서비스예요.
